Description:
This fun and highly interactive 40-hour training course will acquaint you with the philosophy, model, and skills needed to have working knowledge of the role of neutral mediator. The concepts and skills taught in this training are designed to improve communication and enhance relationships - in any setting. Classes will be held on Thursday, March 11 and 18, from 5 - 9 PM; on Friday, March 12 and 19, from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; and on Saturday, March 13 and 20, from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
