The seminar will be presented Saturday, March 20, 10 a.m. to noon, at Pinellas County Extension, 12520 Ulmerton Road. The program, The Power of Free Money: Financial Incentives for Increasing Energy Efficiency, will explore a wide range of incentive programs that will allow residents to get the most for their money when planning energy improvements.
